It could be because you're giving your customers too many choices. Psychologists call it Hick's Law, and it's been proven that the more choices you give, the longer it takes to make a decision. Think about it - how often do you delete college professor-looking emails? Well, your customers are probably doing the same thing.

To get clients to say "yes," remove the fluff and simplify your message.

But I get it – creating many versions and shortening an email – can be very, very hard. ChatGPT helps solve this easily. No more blank screens, and frantically pressing delete.

Here’s how ChatGPT can help you deliver a punchy message:

There's an important rule to remember: garbage in, garbage out.

If you provide ChatGPT with a bad prompt, the responses you get will likely be unhelpful or even irrelevant. It's crucial to craft a clear and concise prompt that gives ChatGPT the information it needs to generate the best possible output. Remember - ChatGPT can be an amazing tool, but it's only as good as the prompt you provide. So take the time to craft a high-quality prompt, and you'll be amazed at the quality of the content you can generate.I love doing this before a negotiation call.
